Our returns process is simple. If you change your mind you may return product with the original receipt. Without your receipt we will happily exchange.
For in-store purchases, your item(s) must be returned to a store within the country of purchase. For online purchases you can return your item(s) in any Lovisa store located in Singapore providing you have proof of purchase.
