Order today and collect your order the next day with our free Click and Collect service!
Select Click and Collect at checkout and choose your preferred Lovisa store.
You'll receive an email and SMS when your order is ready the next day.
Collect in-store with your confirmation and photo ID.
HOW DOES CLICK AND COLLECT WORK?
1. Choose your products online, add them to your shopping bag and select Click and Collect as the delivery method.
2. Select your preferred store to collect your order from. All orders are ready for collection the next day and can be collected during store trading hours.
3. You will receive an email or SMS indicating your order is ready for collection.
4. Time to collect! Ensure you have your Order ID or SMS when collecting your order and don’t forget your photo ID.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?
Currently, we offer Click and Collect in Singapore only. You can choose from the following two stores:
• Jewel
• Waterway Point
Head into store and show our team your Order ID or SMS and photo ID when collecting your order.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Once your order is ready for collection you have 14 days to collect it. After this time the order will be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method and we will send you an email to confirm the refund. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you’re unable to collect your order during this time frame.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE NOTIFICATION TO COLLECT MY ORDER YET, WHERE IS IT?
If you have not received the email/SMS indicating your order is ready for collection and it is the next day, please contact our Customer Care Team so they can assist in investigating the delay.
CAN SOMEONE COLLECT MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER FOR ME?
Yes. Ensure that they have the following:
• A copy of the order collection notification.
• A note signed by you detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf.
• Their valid ID.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STORE CANNOT FULFIL MY ORDER?
On occasion, an item in store may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you.
CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or modifications to the order. If you require assistance with your order, contact our Customer Care Team and we will do what we can to help you.
CAN I CANCEL MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER?
Yes, if you no longer want your Click and Collect order, please contact our Customer Care Team to assist you.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN STORE ONCE I COLLECT MY ORDER?
If you change your mind and decide to return item(s), you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange. Find our Returns Policy here.
